Some epistemological reflections on educational research
Abstract
In this article, the authoress assumes that the field of the educational investigation is far from being a well-delimited, defined and effective map. She brings up a series of factors which affect this situation and makes proposals that may unify concepts and criterias on this field. She justifies in the accurate, public and controlled process, the nature of the investigation in this field. She identifies this process of investigation, in which the majority of the authors coincide, with the method, and its adaptation to the question of investigation gives birth to the different methodologies which are applied according to the infinite problems derived from the same theme of study. The methodological plurality, mostly derived from the education being a field of study in which different disciplines apply, enrichs its content but is must find its own justification in its capacity of falling into the search of solutions and of structuring its own field. Keywords
