Implicit theories in occupational and professional training

Abstract

This article analyzes the implicit theories and the paper of these theories in the vocational training trainers profile research in relation to these theories. This study concludes the implicit theories of these professionals are multi-mixed and these theories aren't based on sigle pedagogic paradigm. So then it will be advisable that training institutions will include some orientations about paradigmatic possibilities that the different implicit theories express in the programmes.
