Abstract

The theory of the organisational model becomes a basis for an analysis of the moral reasoning. At first, the different representations of a number of persons upon a certain dilemma are settled. That dilemma was based on a moral conflict among people with the same age and it involved three issues (justice, happiness and solicitude). The results of the study showed four big organisational models which appear in different evolutive guidelines. The main thesis is that the inclusion of feelings can put reasoning on higher levels and it can integrate the perspectives of justice and solidarity when solving intrapersonal conflicts. All these are proposals, which must be developed in order to achieve an integrator educational model within schools.
