Scholar culture and professional culture: the dilemmas of change

Abstract

The school changes that have taken place in the last years are analyzed, as well as the different approaches that have appeared. They have been valued as a challenge to improve quality and adaptation to the world and to each specific context, and to answer the problems that raise from social life. The lidership and professionalitzation are also studied. Innovation is suggested as an individual and collaborative solution.
