Cultural change and learning organizations
Abstract
The role of the organisation and management, in autonomous contexts, can vary between being only a support, an educational agent or a central instrument to the innovation. The relationship of these three situations with models of education, teaching, professors or dominating culture can allow us to establish a useful parallelism for the diagnosis, improvement and control of institutions. To consider the organisational culture and its transformation is, moreover, a condition to explain and promote any change. Therefore, different types of cultures are analysed and related to the different organisational stages, deriving implications for such collaborative culture.
