The cultural perspective of school organization: institutional and individual behavior

Abstract

It is presented one of the theoretical perspectives in which currently the school management is working. This is explained in terms of the culture that is developed, as product tutional framework that aims the performance and the thought systems of the persons that institutional change. Some work orientations that we are developing from this perspective are presented.
