The Vocational Education and Training Teachers Training: Some Dilemmas and Some Answers

Abstract

This article is about some basic aspects linked with the training of trainers. The trainers, in this work and in our context, are located in the scope of the education and training for work and they are faced in its daily task and in your professional role development, to different dilemmas that we tried to shape in this contribution. Professionalism, education and training, professional competencies, training moments and future of training of trainers, is the five dilemmas that we raised. The analysis of these dilemmas show us the problems to training the trainers, important problems that difficult the professional development. As complement to the analysis we formulated some proposals that try to overcome the raised stumbling blocks.
