Management of living together and teachers against stream
Abstract
Historical analysis and reflection is proposed of the forms of exerting authority by teachers in different countries. Reference is made to different models of adult authority in order to examine the consideration that in order to speak of quality in education the basis has to be the quality of the professional people that provide it, and especially teachers. Finally, the Instrument for the Self-revision of the problems of Coexistence and Discipline is presented in order for teachers to be able to evaluate the different factors that intervene in the same, whether that is the educational community, relational aspects or forms of organising the school centre.
