Methodology of training of local development agents

Abstract

The Pedagogy Institute of the University of Naples is carrying out an extensive project which will last severa1 years. Its objective is to verify a “territorial model of educational programming” The second phase of this work experience deals with the outlining of a training methodology for cultural agents which is summarized in this article. It refers to an intervention in the region and in the municipality in accordance with a “participatory research” model.
