Aplicació d’una seqüencia didàctica basada en feedback entre iguals per desenvolupar competències

A l’article s’hi expliquen els efectes d’una intervenció realitzada per promoure el desenvolupament de competències de l’estudiantat al grau d’Educació Social i, més concretament, a l’assignatura d’Educació de Persones Adultes, mitjançant la realització de la biografia formativa d’un aprenent adult, tasca iterativa sotmesa a un procés d’avaluació entre iguals. Per això es mostra la seqüència didàctica dissenyada i els resultats obtinguts en termes de qualitat dels feedbacks que han tingut lloc entre iguals, aspecte clau per promoure, en el futur, el feedback entre iguals en situacions professionals. Els resultats presenten la millora de la qualitat del feedback, la valoració que l’estudiantat realitza del procés d’avaluació entre iguals i el desenvolupament d’habilitats vinculades al desenvolupament del judici avaluatiu. Igualment, també alerten de la necessitat de disposar de criteris relatius als processos i no solament a les tasques, com també de millorar l’alfabetització avaluativa, tant de professorat com d’estudiantat.
