Referents educatius en la docència: cap a noves formes de trobada i d’intercanvis
Resum
Aquest article analitza l’ús de les xarxes socials per part dels docents uruguaians, així com el paper dels referents educatius a la plataforma Twitter. Es tracta d’un estudi mixt (quantitatiu i qualitatiu) basat en una enquesta a 206 docents, una anàlisi de xarxes socials (ARS) a la xarxa Twitter i entrevistes en profunditat a nou referents educatius identificats a la xarxa esmentada. Els resultats mostren que els docents utilitzen les xarxes, en general, per trobar-hi recursos, aprendre d’altres i conèixer temes d’actualitat, mentre que els referents educatius destaquen per la seva activitat a Twitter, on comparteixen les seves opinions, reflexions i recursos. Els referents educatius es caracteritzen perquè són professionals amb trajectòria i formació en el camp de la docència, que valoren la interacció, l’aprenentatge i la influència que generen a les xarxes socials. També s’hi identifiquen alguns consells i reptes per intervenir-hi de manera ètica, respectuosa i constructiva.
