The organization of non-formal education institutions

Abstract

Each time is more evident the need to intervene organizativement in educative process that, throught the systematism, aspires to larger levels of efficacy. The field of "no-formal" education has also this need, although it is evident the absence of researchs and studies about this ambit. Any implantation about organization of "no-formal" education institutions mus respect his differential character and considerate like basic components the system of institutional values, the adequacy of his structure and the level of formalization of his relational system. Likewise, it must assume the management model more adequate and the incidence that the no formal character gives to organizative elements and to the dimension of organizative functions.
