Innovation in a current reform context
Abstract
We show the change in three acts: past, present and future. A retrospective sight, present and prospective of educational innovation with the ains of obtaining some useful inductors to put into practice the present reform. With that, it is pretended to state that time is one of the basic parameters of any change *** because of that, of innovations and reforms. Forgetting this parameter means loosing the orientation and viability of the others because every change requires time, being biggers when the proscuted change becomes more complex. The learning of knowledges is acquired easily, attitudes complete groups of teachers requires one generation. Three ideas are underlined from the retrospective sight: the Universal and human character of innovation, it's swingins or cyclic trand and the permanence of structures as base systems wich enables little changes without preventing it's functioning. Concerning the Reform itself, I define it as a "nesting of innovations" because it implies multiple structural, organizations and cunicular changes. The professor changes from being a mere transmitter of cultural contents to a creative and innovative professional. If you let me summarye with a shocking sentence the prospective character I'll say that the most valuable and suggesting from any reform is that wich is unperformable. The utopia generates diferential tensions between what we have and what we want and makes change possible. An innovation is a looking frontwards proyect. Keywords
