Teacher training and innovation
Abstract
We depart from the conception of innovation linked to inservice training, but no denging initial training. This means that the teachers on initial training must have a theoretie approach to he change topic. Anyway, inservice training strategies are contributed to innovation supported on different varieties (introductoly courses, stages and experiential-scientiffic encounters, training courses, course with an action project, autonomous training, training in centers without center support, exchanges and training stages, training in centers with inside support, autonomous research in centers, research in cooperation and support from educational institutions).Keywords
