Organizational conflict, key to organizational development of schools
Abstract
The aim of the present report was to connect some organizational variables (organizational stage, organizational conflict and organizational development) to evaluate the importance of their effects on the innovation in the school. The starting is the concept of organizational conflict as a process that modiffies the organizational stage of the school. We also define organizational stage as the situation of the centre at a cctn moment in reference to the 3 components of an organization, that is to say: in reference to goals, structures and relational system. An organizational stage is taken in the sense referred to the distinguishable degree of development of the thing. The shape and functionality of the threatement of the conflict will make the organizational stages success in a way that will enable us to talk about organizational development. And also the threatement that will be made of the conflict will determine the organizational culture of the centre, essential element to take into amount in order to make change possible. A culture wich enables the change is characterized, respecting conflicts, by attitudes, values that coze, percieve in an inseparate way from the life of the centre.Keywords
