Individuality as a basis of equality of opportunity: basis for a curriculum
Abstract
The education attention to diversity is caracteized for heterogeneity and diferenciality principle that propose the acceptability of this principle and it has educative decisions, in the social framework, are caracterized for flexibility and polivalence of curriculum planification, for nonhomogeneity dominance, for acceptation of your diversity and for admision of otherness as base of diversity and equality.It’s necessary to avoid the teoric principles in educative practice: to confuse the planification with teaching process, the homogeneization tendence without think in the individuality genuine of each one. The individulized training needs to found the quality in teaching, based in these principles: liberty, action, responsability and selfcontrol.
