The needs assessment and educational intervention
Abstract
The terms that the title lists, historically placed, require a socioeducational team that conforms and constructs the reality where it works. Being conscious of it, this team elaborates an institutional reasoning that makes sense to the action and also to its history of transformation of the reality. The team becomes itself by means of this reasoning and learns theoretically through institutional innovation and development. From this starting point, tools that enable to apprehend the reality, in such way that it can be transformed (evaluated and improved) through socioeducational intervention, are offered. Finally, formative propositions are presented. Keywords
