What can be done from youth organizations to integrate young immigrants?

Abstract

The aim of this article is to analise the ways of integration of young immigrants coming from Third world countries in youth associations from Catalonia.In the first part it is described the main features which define these people, a summary of the situation of Catalan youth associations and a critical view on the concept of integration by the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan government).In the second part it is found a proposal of objectives for innovation addressed to the Catalan youth associations in order to develop a satisfactory integration and emphasizing three fields of action.
