Where do different pedagogies go? Toward the individualization of curriculum and training paths

Abstract

In order to reinforce the current attempts of fighting the schools failure, the author proposes a number of new strategies, which focus on the individualised teaching or the differentiated pedagogy, these being that kind of teaching that allows every student to experience a fecund learning situation, as many times as possible. Thus, he reveals a change of orientations within the Educational Science, which has assumed a new paradigm: the individualisation of the formative itineraries. This is considered to be the means to remove the obstacles to the fight against failure —which exist at political, social and educational levels—, only if it comes together with a radical reorganisation of education.
