The teamwork of the teachers: quality factor, need and problem. The role of school leaders

Abstract

The quality in education is focused from a collaborative work perspective. The teachers teamwork is a field that has not been much sudied. The article analizes the factors that dificult this kind of work. It also suggests strategies to increase and to improve it, in order to reach a higher level of quality in education.
