Self-evaluation of teaching teams, a strategy for improving the quality of school
Abstract
After an analysis of concepts such as education’s quality or teacher’s authonomy, and further revision of the main bases of the current improvement school strategies, the text offers a particular strategy, built and focused upon deliberation, which have been adopted by law by the catalan educative administration, to be developped in primary and secondary schools.Keywords
