Compulsory instruction should provide children with the capability of understanding those oral messages that should allow them to progress conveniently eitler in their social, family or school relations, either in their creative and leisure ambit. Reading and writing are very short-connected interpretative processes. They are complex activities going quite far-off the putting or removing of codes. The knowledge of the code and the close anticipation are necessary automatic acts, previous to the construction of the sense, and they constitute the instrumental aspect of reading. To learn how to write is to learn how to use strategies at the writer intentions benefit.
