Teacher competence training: continuing training and new organizational challenges
Abstract
This paper tries to set up initial and continuous teaching training from the competences point of view (konowlege, knowing how to do, konwing how to be). It focusses on the need of finding new organizational forms, attending to procedures and attitudes. The aim of this work, according to the student’s needs, is to improve the educative answer in all levels.Keywords
