Impact evaluation of training in organizations
Abstract
Evaluation of training in organisations is one of the most needed strategies to guarantee the quality of training, and to drive the learning process in organisations asked nowadays. This article describes the ‘holistic model of evaluation of training and goes deeper in evaluation of impact or results; this kind of evaluation allows the identification of training effects and benefits in organisations. It also describes the situation of evaluation of training in Spanish organisations today, and offers some strategies to improve the evaluation of results, which is the less developed.Keywords
