The training of trainers. Notes for a proposal of a training plan

Abstract

This paper presents a plan to train trainers in the field of non formal education. Its foundation considers the professional profile of this training actor, at the same time that it is taken into consideration, as a theoretical reference, the critical contextual model for training trainers. The Plan's concretion refers to the target group, to the formulation of general objectives and to the specification of a set of contents which are organized in modules from the macro to the microdidactics. Distance learning (in some modules) is one of its basic characteristics, together with the variety of methodological strategies and resources, integrated in the information and communication technologies.
