Abstract
This article summarizes a research that aims to evidence the complexity and the viability
of educational innovation. It explores the hegemonic ideas which exist in educational institutions. The research has been developed at the same time as a collaborative coaching
process in the context of «the margins of the economic, social, cultural and educational
normalized system».
