Abstract

Technology based networks have opened a way to another type of natural and social networks that already existed in the community, transferring actions and behaviors to new long term electronic formats, able to generate shared knowledge in a more effective and efficient way. But in order for that to take place it must go along an individual and collective revolution, more related to a mental evolution than to and adjustment or a technological use. In all this and for the situation to take place successfully the key factor is the learning process, as the only process to able to trigger the conversion from individual knowledge into collective knowledge. The networks, the organizations with all their potential, are a must in intellectual and human wealth, the true egnine of that knowledge. Investment in mediators and facilitadores is fundamental, and should come to the foreground with technological infrastructures and the contents taking a secodary role.
