The Lifelong Learning: Sociolaboral Requirents and Personal Development
Abstract
What we call education throughout life or life-long education has been in the history of education traditionally termed in many different ways. In this paper it is approached under the concept of Permanent Education with the purpose of answering three key questions: What is Permanent Education? Which are the reasons to take it under consideration? And, to what end should we use it? All in all, it places special emphasis on the characteristics that typify present day work dynamics and the insertion of the individual in those dynamics from a humanistic perspective. Keywords
