Abstract

When we reflect on the success or school failure, actually, we are interrogating ourselves about the model of society that wished of here to ten or twenty years. Therefore, the success or the school failure is not a sectorial question, does not compete so only to the professionals of the education, but that goes much beyond there.
That is, legal texts in our country preach a universal and compulsory schooling until sixteen years. It constitutes, therefore, a statement of priority of political order. The reason in which this goal is justified is that a social model with the complexity of ours can only be sustainable, and progress, with a level of both, educative development and human, in order to reach the learning attainments that had been preached for the stage of ESO. Such aim focus on the pupils’ development of skills, in their intellectual strategies and sociability, attending the benchmarks in which the individuals are related to.
