Analysis and outcomes of school living-together system construction
Abstract
This article deals with three subjects; the first seeks to provide a brief description of the European project made on coexistence at school, the second the characteristics of the training course derived from that project to improve teacher training and the third an evaluation made by participants that have taken the course on the basis of skills acquisition for the diagnosis and prevention of violence and intervention to improve coexistence.
The research European dimension of the problems with coexistence at schools: prevention, diagnosis and intervention (2002-2005), presented to the European Union Socrates Agency (Sócrates, Comenius 2.1), has been directed from the UNED with the associate participation of: Federació d’Ensenyament of the Sindicat Comissions Obreres (Spain); Nyíregyházi Föiskola (Hungary); Proteo Fare Lombardía, belonging to the Italian CGIL union, and the Institut Superior de Educaçao i Trabalho (Portugal).
