Challenges and alternatives of the knowledge management (KM) like proposal for the collaboration in intelligent organizations

Abstract

In this work it is tried to reflect on some challenges and alternatives to consider at the time of applying models of knowledge management (KM) in educative organizations. For that reason, one appears in this work, definition of KM, categorization of the models for the KM and three challenges to consider at the time of establishing these practices in the educative organization, first challenge one talks about how beginning to transform itself into intelligent organization, the second challenge, that it has to first as sustenance how to generate competitions for the sustainable KM projects and finally, the third challenge describes two devices for the collaboration as it is it the ecology of the knowledge and the communities of practice.
