The social and economic determinants of local authority educator in Poland

Abstract

The “local authority” figure plays a very important role in the positive search of social and economic development of groups, through education. Nevertheless, the sole existence of rules established by the local authority is not sufficient to reach these aims. Regarding this specific aspect, the polish experience exposed in this article tries to describe both the legal relations and the type of roles which concern the person representing the local authority.
