Abstract
The choice of a profession is one of the most important decisions in any persons life. Many other aspects of life will also depend on this choice. Information must be provided before this choice can be made. For this reason, Professional Guidance should be a readily available activity in all educational centers. The planning of a Professional Guidance must follow a series of ordered steps. First, we must have knowledge of the theoretical and methodological foundations on which any activity is based. It is also necessary to study technical, social and educational level at which the Professional Guidance program of activities is aimed. This will provide us with information about the needs of the pupils, parents and educational centers, and from these needs will stem the objectives that will fulfill them. In order to plan activities that will help meet these objectives, it is necessary to determine the content of study plans, profession, structure of the educational system, scholarships, etc. Knowledge of available sources of information in necessary, as is that of the job market and the job situation in general. At the end of an activities prograrn, it is always good to evaluate what has been done and its influence, all of which can be used as feedback for future experiences.Keywords
