Los «influencers» y su papel en la educación: una revisión sistemática
Resumen
La tecnología está cambiando la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de la sociedad en general. A su vez, las redes sociales y los influencers están incrementando su presencia en la sociedad y llegan a incidir en las relaciones sociales, la comunicación y el aprendizaje. Por consiguiente, el objetivo que se planteó fue analizar la literatura científica existente sobre influencers y educación. Para dar respuesta a ello se ha llevado a cabo una revisión sistemática siguiendo el protocolo PRISMA. Se analizaron 29 artículos seleccionados mediante criterios previamente establecidos. Los resultados revelaron que las personas reconocidas como influencers del aprendizaje son usuarias con una considerable cantidad de seguidores, que desempeñan roles que incluyen la enseñanza, la transmisión de información, el asesoramiento y el apoyo. Los contenidos que destacan son salud y educación, mientras que la red social que predomina es Twitter (X). Finalmente, se llevó a cabo una discusión sobre aspectos coincidentes entre diversos estudios y se llegó a la conclusión de que se produce aprendizaje a través de las redes sociales, aunque manifiestamente vinculado al ámbito informal.
