Abstract

Our societies are wrapped in a complicated transformation process. A not planned transformation that it is affecting to the way we are organized, how we work, how we are related, and how we learn. These changes have a visible reflection in the school like institution in charge of educating the new citizens. In which way these changes are influencing the role of the teachers? How do we owe to rethink the teacher's work in these new circumstances? How should the new teachers be formed? How do we adapt the knowledge and the teacher's attitudes to give answer to the new opportunities that the society of the information is offering to us?.
