More than to carry out a meticulous analysis of the countries, or a detailed portrait of the situation, a more global reflection is made, from the knowledge of the reality, and starting from the comparison and the reflection to end up presenting tendencies and orientations on the teachers formation in the countries that contain among its languages some Latin.
