The adult education: the complexity of a field and a social practice
Abstract
The adult education, like it happens with other sciences of the education, it faces the same epistemologic problems on the degree of dependency or independence that this one has respect to other social sciences. Two are the main epistemological issues that we must treat in the adult education. First it tries to approach if there is a specific theorical base of this field of knowledge. Once clarified that point, the second aspect to consider is to delimit what foundational knowledge constitute the field. Gve answer to these two questions will be the objective of this article.
