Alternatives to the individual managment: analysis of the case of a Mexican high school
Abstract
The case of a Mexican High School where the principalship was shared between two teachers is analyzed. This experience is seen under the ideas of Meredith Belbin concerning team roles. It is argued that the success of this joint venture might have been due to a conjunction of complementary team roles. Finally, the author mentions some important implications for the future management of the school.
