Possibilities and difficulties to the access and use of knowledge for people with sensory handicaps
Abstract
In this investigation it is analysed sensory disabled students’ access of information in two studies of cases: one of them concerns with sight disabled students (9 subjects) and the other deals with auditory disabled students (8 subjects), of different educational levels. The data collecting was carried out by means of interviews, which were analysed according to their content and then grouped statistically. Although there are individual differences within the members of the groups, the differences among the cases are bigger regarding their possibilities, difficulties and interest caused by each one of the information media. Keywords
