The Network Moderation: some aspects to consider

Abstract

for working and learning through network systems is becoming more and more common. From the Project Accelera, in which this paper is framed, we have developed a learning community that allows several purposes, on the one hand, to share experiences and knowledge among diverse educational agents and, on the other hand, to analyze the generated processes, with the main purpose of summarize and validate a new model of creation and management of the knowledge in the net.
One of the essential elements of this pattern of creation and management of the knowledge, that also is a cause of reflection of the present article, is the «moderator», of whom will comment his abilities, the role that he/her must perform in a knowledge network, the criteria of moderation and participation that he/she should execute as well as the necessary training for the correct development of his performance as a moderator.
