Abstract

The incorporation of the ICT into lecture rooms is mainly due to the 2.0 versatility and usability, which means that ICT are considered, within the framework of new teaching methods, as an additional resource. Likewise, the evaluation of knowledge and skills acquired is the core of the new teaching-learning process of the EHEA. The aim of this paper is to show a proposal assessment rubric of the technologic training that lecturers have acquired through Personal Learning Environments, specially designed for this purpose. This proposal is in line with a research project financed by the National RDI plan of the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation (EDU2009-08893), in his last announcement of 2010.
